The name Digital Mountain was selected for three reasons:- to connect with our origins of the city where Julie Lewis, our Founder, first started the company in 2003: Mountain View, CA
- to reflect the mountain of data that exists in discovery and analytics
- to provide flexible branding to expand into other growth areas in the data sector
Digital Mountain started as a computer forensics and electronic discovery company and our network forensics group became our cybersecurity practice due to the high volume of data breach matters we have worked on. We now have hundreds of digital examiners and technologists worldwide. We truly value both our customers and the incredible employees we have.

Our company currently covers over 30 states locally and supports other geographical locations through air travel.
